LAURA O’KEEFE
At the age of 14 I learned about the law of attraction. This is when the universe above me opened up within me. Through many changes & phases of finding myself, losing myself, and a constant trial and error of growing up, at the core of it all I’ve always known the wonders of the universe lived inside of me. I find joy in the little things and find peace in the saying “everything happens for a reason”. My innate wisdom, nurtured by spiritual practices and continued education in psychology/ social and behavioral sciences, I have learned skills to move through life with grace and serenity. Life is a celebration and through coaching my desires became my reality & for that I am forever grateful.
Laura’s Practice
With a background in Psychology as well as Social and Behavioral Sciences, I possess a deep understanding of human behavior, emotions, and mental processes. This foundation allows me to provide valuable insights to clients, supporting their self-awareness and their want for change. I bring a wealth of expertise to help clients develop strategies to enhance their quality of life, manage stress, and create positive habits. My yoga instruction is rooted in my passion for integrating mind and body wellness. By guiding clients through yogic practices, I help them develop mental and physical strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Being a Reiki practitioner also gives me the opportunity to support clients who need to release energetic blockages and are looking for holistic healing.

At its core health and wellness coaching is about helping people make lifelong shifts that promote joy across all aspects of their lives. Through personalized guidance, Laura helps clients set and achieve goals related to physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional balance, relationships, and life satisfaction. Laura will empower you to make positive changes in various areas of your life by offering accountability, practical advice, and promoting a holistic approach to health and happiness.
